Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How do I combine multiple PDF files?

Simply upload two or more PDF files using the upload box, then click “Combine PDFs.” The tool will merge them into a single file.

Q2: Are my uploaded files safe?

Yes. Your files are stored temporarily only for processing and are automatically deleted immediately after merging is completed.

Q3: What file formats are accepted?

Only PDF files are accepted. If you upload any other format, you will be asked to upload PDF files.

Q4: Is there a file size limit?

To ensure fast processing, a reasonable limit of 50MB per file is recommended.

Q5: Will the merged file download automatically?

Yes. Once the PDFs are combined, the merged file will be available for direct download.

Q6: Why is there a blank page in the combined file after I uploaded a PDF?

This usually occurs when one or more of the uploaded PDF files are **encrypted (password-protected)**. Our current file combining service cannot fully process pages from encrypted files, which results in a blank page being inserted instead. To successfully combine the files, please remove the password protection from the affected PDF(s) and try again.
